At Beyond Plateaux we strive to provide housing services and case management to assist youth aging out of the foster care system, young men transitioning to independent living, survivors of domestic violence, young pregnant mothers, and adults with disabilities gain the skills needed to live independently.

We offer a range of services to cater to the needs of our residents, including individual counseling, financial literacy and life skills training. Our programs are designed to promote personal growth and self-sufficiency.

Our staff consists of experienced and compassionate individuals who are dedicated to helping our residents find balance in their transitional journey. We provide 24/7 support and care to ensure our residents feel valued and supported.

Our History

The Story

"You've reached your plateaux and there nothing else we can do for you".  As a single mother this is what was said to my child and I as we sat in a meeting to advocate for more support and continued services.  Devastated I picked up my papers as we reluctantly left the meeting feeling numb. Anger swept over me as I sat in our small vehicle and cried.  What do I do now?

Little did I know, this presented an opportunity.  If no one could provide the support and resources my child needs, then I will create them and/or an environment to acquire them myself.  Beyond Plateaux was created to encourage those who were told "NO"...or "Sorry we can't help you".  You may be in  need of temporary housing in order to be able to navigate other task and simply progress in life.

If this sounds familiar, and you are serious and committed to putting in the work to excelling above and beyond the level you are currently at, then we encourage you to reach out and apply.
